Where We Compete
Our teams compete at the highest national level across multiple sanctions and governing bodies. Where your players are seen matters.
PGF Nationals
Most of our teams compete annually in Premier and Platinum divisions. With numerous top 10 finishes and dozens of players named PGF Futures All-American Game Regional Finalists.
Triple Crown World Series
One of the most competitive national events in travel softball. USA Athletics competes and wins across multiple age divisions.
USSSA National Championships
Includes East Coast Winter Nationals and International Championship. Our teams have won muliple national titles and earned medal finishes.
AFA Nationals
Multiple USA Athletics teams qualify annually. Recently, Martinez-Palafox 14U placed 4th of 59 teams in the Gold Bracket.
Your Athlete Development
Your players will train with dedicated specialists. Terry Schwiekert for college recruiting, EM Speed & Power for athletic conditioning, and Coach Jeff Seaward for mental performance. These are fully integrated components of our program.
College Recruiting
Your recruiting program will be led directly by Terry Schweikert, who brings over 40 years of collegiate softball coaching and playing experience. Coach Schweikert has spent 17 seasons on NCAA Division I softball staffs, coaching at Missouri, Nebraska, Cal State Fullerton, UC Riverside, and Cal State Northridge before taking over as current head coach at Whittier College. Her staffs have won four Big 12 championships and two Big West titles, made three trips to the NCAA Sweet 16, and earned NFCA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year honors four separate times.
Strength & Speed Traning
Strength, speed, and agility programming tracks and world-class instructors are powered by our partners at EM Speed & Power. Their trainers hold degrees in kinesiology and regulated sports medicine, and are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Together, we've built a vertically integrated strength & conditioning program that works with your team.
Mental Performance
Jeff Seaward holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Psychology and is a member of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. Now in his 6th season with USA Athletics, he works directly or remotely with your players on mental resilience, focus, and performance in high-pressure environments.

Mike & Rose have led USA Athletics since 2008. In nearly 2 decades, they have built one of Southern California's most consistent college placement programs in travel softball. Together they bring over 60 years of combined coaching experience to you and your team.

We're directly across from the Huntington Beach Sports Complex, where many of our players compete. Our brand new HQ houses nine 70-foot batting cages, pro-grade hitting equipment, full strength & conditioning space, custom glove specialist & the official USA gear shop.
