The Rogers' influence extends to On Deck, a 24,000-square-foot indoor baseball and softball training facility. Here, top-notch skill instructors provide lessons in hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching, alongside EM Speed & Power's elite sports-specific training program.
This program has propelled over 40,000 athletes to become more explosive, faster, stronger, and injury-resistant, including our proud USA Athletics players. EM athletes are now representing all 30 Major League Baseball organizations and contributing to numerous top D1 softball programs nationwide.
