Athlete Development
Our players train with dedicated specialists. EM Speed & Power for athletic conditioning and Coach Jeff Seaward for mental performance. These are fully integrated components of our program.

EM Speed & Power
Embedded training tracks, instructors, gear, and network are powered by our partners at EM. Their trainers hold degrees in kinesiology and regulated sports medicine and are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Together, we've built a vertically integrated conditioning program that works around our organization.

Mental Performance
Jeff Seaward holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Psychology and is a member of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. Now in his 6th season with USA Athletics, he works directly with players on mental resilience, focus, and performance in high-pressure environments.
