USA Athletics Brinson 16U pitcher Lily Brinson earned wrestling honors at Fort Dorchester High School after training with the wrestling team during the winter for softball conditioning.
Brinson was awarded Pin Queen and 5A All-Region recognition for her performance on the mat.
Brinson began wrestling as a conditioning method to prepare for the softball season and discovered a passion for the sport. The cross-training contributed to her performance this season.
