"Coach Jeff's mental practice program has not only shaped me of who I am as a softball player but also how I am as a team leader.

It has completely changed the way I approach the game. Instead of letting the pressure of self doubt take over it has allowed me to recognize the controllables and realize to take advantage of things you can control and let go of the things you can’t.

I have learned how to stay mentally tough in high-pressure situations by using positive self talk and breathing strategies. It has taught me how to be a good teammate even when it is hard to be one. The more we talked about the mental aspect of softball as a team I realised how much our team bonded and could actually relate to a lot of the struggles others have been facing.

Coach Jeff helps us have a positive outlook on any situation. Your mind is stronger than you think and if you are able to put the positive words into your head you can accomplish anything."
