FAQ
Get answers about mental performance training and how we work with athletes.
How long does training take?
Mental performance development happens on your timeline. Most athletes see meaningful shifts in focus and confidence within four to six weeks of consistent work. Some notice changes in their next competition.
Do you work with individuals?
Yes. We offer one-on-one coaching for players who want personalized attention on their specific challenges. Individual sessions allow us to dig deep into what's holding you back and build a plan that fits your needs.
What makes this different?
Jeff combines real psychology with practical strategies you can use immediately. This isn't theory. It's what works for elite athletes under pressure in actual games and tournaments.
Can parents attend sessions?
We offer dedicated parent and coach workshops designed to support the athletes in your life. These sessions teach you how to reinforce mental skills at home and in the dugout without adding pressure.
What if I'm skeptical?
That's fair. Many athletes come in uncertain. The best way to know if this works is to try it. Book a session and see for yourself what mental training can do.
How do we get started?
