With over 20 years of experience and a soon-to-be Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology, Coach Jeff is dedicated to helping athletes enhance their mental resilience, focus, and performance.
Jeff obtained his B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, and is completing his M.S. in Kinesiology, with a specialization in Exercise and Sport Psychology at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville (Spring 2025).
Jeff is also an active student member with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and is currently pursuing his certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through AASP.
He also brings 20+ years of professional experience leading high-performing teams with a Fortune 500 Company, as well as 15+ years of youth sports coaching experience.
This is his 5th Season with USA Athletics Rogers 18 Gold.
